Shipping policy

Here at Floyd Home Boutique we aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. We also offer an express shipment for all orders where they will be despatched same day if placed before 3pm.

We also ship internationally however the cost and delivery time can vary by country. Please see on checkout. 

 

Floyd Home Boutique is not responsible if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. We may not process refunds in such circumstances. 

WHERES MY ORDER?

If you have ordered from the UK within the last 7 days then please be patient however feel free to contact us. Our delivery is normally 2-5 working days however occasionally  this maybe longer due to postal system delays. Your item will be in the postal system and is working its way towards you! 

If you are in the UK and your order hasn’t been received by yourself within 10 days please contact us as soon as you can.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

All deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail and is free delivery within the UK. If you are wanting express delivery its £1.99 and the order will be despatched same day 1st class if ordered before 3pm. Deliveries outside the UK are dependant on which country so please see delivery information when checking out
